风洞环境下飞行器模型侧喷喷流红外辐射特性数值模拟分析及测量修正方法

中文摘要:摘要:研究风洞环境下飞行器模型侧喷喷流红外辐射特性及测量修正方法对开展风洞试验具有重要意义。通过求解质量方程、动量方程、能量方程、组分传输方程和辐射传输方程,对风洞环境下飞行器模型侧喷喷流流场及3-5μm各个辐射源的红外辐射特性进行了数值模拟。研究表明:在文中所给定的条件下,随风洞试验段入口马赫数Main的增大,侧喷喷流的穿透能力减小,喷管出口上方的弓形激波弓角减小,喷流核心区缩小,喷流核心区的平均温度升高;风洞内壁面和飞行器模型壁面辐射强度而增加,侧喷喷流的积分辐射强度先减小后增大。风洞内壁面的自身辐射几乎不变,其反射辐射逐渐增大。飞行器模型壁面的自身辐射逐渐增大,其反射辐射十分微小几乎可以忽略不计。通过对各个辐射源辐射特性的分析,最终得到了适用于本文模型及边界条件的喷流红外辐射特性修正方法。文中研究结果可为实际地面风洞试验提供参考。

Numerical Simulation Analysis And Measurement Correction Method Of Infrared Radiation Characteristics Of Aircraft Model Side Jet Under Wind Tunnel Environment
Abstract:Abstract:It is of great significance to study the measurement and correction method of the infrared radiation characteristics of the side jet of the aircraft model in wind tunnel environment for carrying out wind tunnel tests. By solving the mass equation, the momentum equation, the energy equation, the component transfer equation and the radiation transfer equation, the numerical simulation of the side jet field of the aircraft model and the infrared radiation characteristics of each radiation source of 3-5μm in the wind tunnel environment is carried out. The results show that, under the conditions given in the paper, with the increase of Mach number Main at the entrance of the wind tunnel section, the penetration ability of the side jet decreases, the bow shock Angle above the nozzle outlet decreases, the jet core area shrinks, and the average temperature in the jet core area increases. The radiation intensity of the inner wall of the wind tunnel and the wall of the aircraft model increases, while the integrated radiation intensity of the side jet decreases first and then increases. The self-radiation of the inner wall of the wind tunnel is almost constant, and its reflected radiation gradually increases. The self-radiation of the aircraft model wall gradually increases, and its reflected radiation is very small and almost negligible. Through the analysis of the radiation characteristics of each radiation source, a method to modify the infrared radiation characteristics of the jet is finally obtained, which is suitable for the model and boundary conditions in this paper. The results in this paper can provide reference for the actual ground wind tunnel test.
